School shooting in Philippines leaves 3 people dead

A suspected student shooter in southern Philippines has killed two other students on campus, before turning the gun on himself. At least eight others are injured. The attack took place at Banga National High School in South Cotabato province in Mindanao. The suspect was allegedly a classmate of the victims. It is the third school shooting in four months in the Philippines. Jacob Lazaro reports from Metro Manila.
