Singapore tech students face higher expectations as AI reshapes jobs

A YouthTechSG survey found that 83.3% of tertiary students want help with technical skills development and problem-solving. Meanwhile, experts say employers increasingly value real-world application, independence and soft skills alongside coding fundamentals.
