Singaporeans consumed an average of 2,460 calories a day in 2025, about 100 calories more - or around two extra slices of bread - than in 2019. The latest National Nutrition Survey also reveals that people are eating more fatty and salty food, and dining out more often. Nadine Yeam tells us more.
