North-South Corridor: Construction enters most technically demanding phase amid challenges, says LTA

Large boulders, higher-than-expected rock levels and groundwater inflows are among unexpected challenges that have surfaced in the construction of the North-South Corridor (NSC). The Land Transport Authority says it is monitoring the progress of work and will provide an update on the completion timeline in due course. The NSC is slated to open in phases from 2027.
