He added that Singapore must ensure that as enterprises transform with AI, the gains are shared with workers - through fair wages, better working conditions and clearer norms around work intensity. Mr Tiwari said workers and their unions should be engaged early when AI is introduced into workplaces, including on how it changes job scopes, workflows and performance expectations.
