India’s National Stock Exchange (NSE) - the country's largest bourse - has made its much-anticipated stock market debut, as the country's biggest IPO this year. Shares rose as much as five per cent in early trading, before closing with a gain of almost two per cent. The offering was almost six times subscribed.
