Heads of Dyslexia Association, Boys' Town receive top accolade for social service professionals

One social service veteran helped to reshape support for children with dyslexia and other learning difficulties. Another was a Boys' Town resident, who returned to help at-risk children and youths, rising to become the agency's executive director. Mr Lee Siang and Mr Roland Yeow have received the President's Award for Social Service Professionals — the highest accolade at this year's Social Service Professional Awards. A total of 12 individuals and two teams were recognised this year. Chloe Teo reports.
