The US and Iran have intensified their exchange of fire in the Gulf, as President Donald Trump made fresh threats on Iranian civilian infrastructure. The US Central Command said it hit some 90 targets across Iran, while Tehran confirmed the resumption of strikes on American assets in Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar. Iran said the US strikes are causing a serious disruption to the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, which has seen increased traffic in the past two weeks. Jagruti Dave reports from Washington DC.
