Chickpea flour cutlets recipe | quick and easy plant based food

After popular demand! A slightly different video for you , what I eat in a day.. well one meal anyway.

Ill go through the whole recipe, make it, cook it and eat it!

Full ingredients below.

100g Chickpea flour/Gram flour

1 tbsp Corn starch

4 tbsp white flour

1 tsp or more Garlic powder

1 tsp Smoked Paprika

1 tsp Onion powder

1 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Olive oil

150ml of water

1 cup or more of breadcrumbs/panko

Mix everything in a bowl, not the breadcrumbs. Spoon what ever size cutlet you like into the breadcrumb mix. Kneed the mixture into the crumb, flattening out the cutlet as you go. Once your happy its stuck together well enough and the shape is to your preference, lay out ready to either fry or store.

They can store for a few days. Fry to your crispy desire!
